Comprehensive Compensation
CDD offers comprehensive compensation packages that are extremely competitive. Benefits include holiday and personal leave and medical, dental, vision insurance. In addition, we offer company paid benefits to include short-term and long-term disability,  life insurance with an option to buy up, and a generous match for our 401(K) program.
