What we do

The Center for Disease Detection (CDD) is a reference laboratory with a wide-variety of testing capabilities and specialized expertise in cancer diagnostics and detection of communicable diseases, such as HIV, chlamydia/gonorrhea, syphilis, hepatitis, herpes, and human papillomavirus (HPV).

We serve many roles for a variety of clients.

While our core business is centered around implementation of automated, high-volume, integrated diagnostic solutions for community and public health authorities, our private sector clients are equally impressed by our streamlined service delivery.

Since its inception, CDD has consistently been a front-runner in implementation of state-of-the-art technologies and lean workflow practices, delivery of rapid, reliable results, with real-time tracking, customized statistical reporting, and provision of high-quality client support.

This means innovative thinking and processes to improve diagnostic care provided for each patient, listening to our clients and anticipating future needs, participating in six sigma and other quality control and process improvement audits, and ensuring high-value continuing education for our staff, to maintain and grow expertise.
